“Enhance strategies for reading, drafting, revising, editing, and self-assessment”

• Being totally honest, I feel as if I did not learn to much more about the revision and editing process that I had not already learned before. But the course definitely enhanced my reading because of the variety of reading materials the course covered. We explored many genres like the formal highly technical scientific articles and the less formal blog and pamphlets. The wide variety of readings we completed and discussed did help with the writing process and by extension the revising. For the self-assessment portion, I have become more cognizant of how I see my work thanks to feedback from both peers and the professor.
